Dr. Andreana Lab awarded NIH Sub-Award

Professor Peter Andreana received a sub-award from a collaborative NIH RO1 project, “Quadrivalent Shigella flexneri/sonnei Conjugate Vaccine (SCV4) Product Development, Characterization, and Preclinical Evaluation”.

This collaborative effort also involves Edward T. Ryan, M.D., Director of Global Infectious Diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital, Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Professor of Immunology and Infectious Diseases at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, MA.

The five-year project was funded for $526,365 to The University of Toledo.
